An integrated quote-to-cash solution for Dynamics 365 that actually works

Combine the cost savings of an out-of-the-box integrated with the power, efficiency, and advantages of a custom-built one. Syvantis Order Management is a low-code integration that works directly within Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central.

The missing piece in your sales and operations fulfillment process

Cut out friction between your sales, finance, and operations processes with our out-of-the-box integration for Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central.

Built for organizations with sales and operations teams that want to better manage sales orders and fulfillment by eliminating bottlenecks and automating communication between ERP and CRM systems.

  • Simply put, Order Management helps keep Sales users within Sales and Business Central users within Business Central. Users now have full visibility into the needed data without logging in and out of multiple applications.

From start to finish, users across your sales, finance, operations, and fulfillment teams can access the information they need at any time, all while keeping your unique processes at the core of it all.

  • Order Management operates at the field-level in both Sales and Business Central, linking multiple layers of detail to their role throughout your sales cycle.

Accounts, Addresses, and Products in CRM are tied into Customers, Ship-to Addresses, and Items in Business Central, allowing the interaction between these points in both systems to flow freely without interference.

Not only are fields integrated, but the step-by-step information exchange is automated as well. Minimal manual involvement for maximum efficiency.

  • Order Management is based on the integrations we've built for our clients time and time again.

By packaging this development and offering it as a standardized base, most of the development work is already taken care of.

That way, your budget can be focused on custom-tailoring the remaining integration points to align with the specific requirements of your own business needs.

  • Syvantis Order Management is built on the Microsoft Connector's Dataverse engine, which is faster than table-based integrations.

The integration UI is 100% built within Dynamics 365, meaning that costly, custom development is not required to keep up with Business Central and Sales updates. And as your needs change, tweaks to the integration won't require code changes, either.

Syvantis Order Management is ideal for:

Organizations

  • Currently utilizing the Microsoft stack

  • Hoping to cut out friction and inefficiencies between the sales and operations teams and their overlapping functions

  • Sick and tired of high-maintenance integrations with costly upkeep and constant disruptions

  • Whose CEO is tired of wasting time, resources, and money on integrations that don’t work well

  • Ready for a future-proof integration that scales with the growth of your company, your ERP, and your CRM

  • That recognize the need for clear-cut processes that aid in long-term growth

Finance and Operations teams

  • Whose Finance and Operations Managers don’t want salespeople logging in and out of your ERP all day long

  • Who want full visibility from the moment of order creation through fulfillment, all without leaving Business Central

  • Whose Business Systems Integrator is tired of break-fixes, errors, and downtime as everyday occurrences

  • Ready to cut down on costly inefficiencies and speedbumps caused by human error

  • Who are process-driven and tired of being slowed down by the constant back-and-forth between multiple applications and teams to get the data they need

Sales teams

  • With a high-touch sales process, like a long sales cycle that requires constant management of Quotes and Opportunities in CRM

  • Whose Sales Managers don’t want to learn and use another system, and would rather the team stays within Dynamics 365 Sales

  • Who want the fastest, easiest, and most efficient way to get and share information without relying on finance and operations teams or disrupting their own workflows

  • Who’d rather focus on closing deals than liaising sales and order information between multiple teams all day long

  • With a complex CRM that doesn’t quite integrate correctly due to the sheer number of customizations

Why we built it

Every company’s sales process is unique, and every little detail counts. We’ve custom-built the same types of integrations time and time again to match each client’s specific business processes, so we decided to use this experience to create a solution that delivers the same results without the need to build each integration every single time, allowing us to offer Order Management at a price point within reach of businesses of all sizes.

The Syvantis Order Management solution was built to meet the needs we saw in our client base: our clients need their applications to talk to each other and cut process inefficiencies from start to finish. Currently, there are a few options for connecting your Microsoft CRM and ERP systems:

  1. Use Microsoft’s connector that currently only provides data mapping to existing fields (meaning it is not process-oriented)

  2. Use a third-party extension that requires costly upfront customization and ongoing adjustments, which usually turn out clunky and inefficient

  3. Custom building a full sales order integration, requiring a large budget and round-the-clock resources

Often, the cost or effort of these integrations cause companies to simply give up and forego integration altogether, which forces their teams to work in both systems to get their jobs done. But we knew there had to be a better way to deliver the same high-quality results of a custom-built solution without starting from scratch each time.

So we gathered our in-house talent—developers and consultants across our entire company with expansive experience building custom integrations—and we got to work. Thus came our proprietary Order Management solution, combining the cost-efficiency of an out-of-the-box integration with the capabilities and horsepower of a custom-built one—no mess, no complications, and no hidden fees.

Our goal: leveling the playing field so any business can attain best-in-class business software.
